Location Remote (GMT+/-4) , with off-sites every 2/3 months (last one: Georgia, Jan 2026) + Offices in Milan

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who loves building real AI features used daily by real people.

This is not a research role. This is not “fine-tuning for fun”.

This is hands-on product AI, obsessed with quality, speed, and measurable learning impact.

People who:

• ask simple questions to get to the truth
• ship fast, test constantly, improve relentlessly
• care about output quality and edge cases, not hype
• think in systems, tradeoffs, and iterations
• work well with product and engineering, and take ownership end-to-end

It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked at a big company, a startup, or built things solo.

What matters is how you think, how you move, and how you make AI products better week after week.
