What we’re are looking for

We design and ship fast, we test constantly, and we obsess over whether students understand what we build. We're looking for someone who thinks the same way: curious, practical and able to turn ambiguity into clean, usable interfaces.

People who:

• ask simple questions to get to the truth
• switch easily between listening, exploring and leading
• treat design as a shared craft with product, engineering and data
• care less about "polish for its own sake" and more about what helps a student learn faster

It doesn't matter if you've worked in agencies, startups, or nowhere yet. What matters is how you think, how you iterate, and how you bring ideas to life with clarity.
